The navigation process for the Global Talent Stream in Canada involves several key steps. First, employers must determine if they are eligible to participate. Once eligibility is confirmed, they complete the online Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application or fulfill other LMIA requirements.

Employers then submit the LMIA application along with a job offer to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
